This chokes me up worse than Rob's stories. You can feel how much it truly bothers him and by the end you can almost see relief in his voice! Thank you sir for your service and all you gave and almost gave for the freedom of our world not just this country! First time I've ever heard a device member speak of working side by side with an Iraqi citizen and the pain from losing him! Shows that we care for all lives. We go after those who are not acting with human welfare in mind!

I got up at 2:45 this morning for work. I worked 12 hours today. Drove 235 miles for work. 2 different jobs. Then got home to fix the clogged sink. After all that I still had to sit down and watch this video. It is after 9 pm. I have to be up at 2:45 again tomorrow. I will not miss any of these vids. I appreciate the stories.

Well, I think some of it could be spent better. I think the state of the VA, and the volume of military suicides proves that indisputably (military suicide has risen dramatically since wartime WW2/Korea/Vietnam norms). Much like education, where the money we spend on the military goes, should be heavily scrutinized. Given how much we spend, we should absolutely be able to take care of every service member when they return, whether they're harmed physically or mentally, or both.

You know one reason they are over there and were over there and even viet nam was drugs and oil.Your government doesn't give a flying fuck about justice or freeing any people, its all about money and men die because of their greed nothing more. There is nothing "Honourable" about the modern military.

Samuel Farish my grandad was in the navy ww2 stationed in japan and other places, dont remeber exactly, however he never talked about it, he took a frag or somthing of the sorts, and got srapnel in his back, survived the war. he lied about his age to fight for this country. imagine at the age of 17 fighting all over the world. the things he saw. hard to grasp.

Samuel Farish my great grandfather served for the Italian army in WW2. After the turn against Mussolini happened he needed up getting captured by the Germans. He was stuffed in a train car with a bunch of other Italian soldiers who switch sides when the rail line got bombed. The German soldiers gaurding the train car ran off to see the damage and my great grandfather and a few other men busted down the door and ran off. Took him 40 days to walk from the south of Italy back to his home. My grandpa told me he remembered his dad coming home. He said he feet were so swollen from walking so far and for so long they had to cut the boots off his feet.

LunkersTV Keep on telling these stories bro, takes a lot more courage to recount the days saved, lost, adapting and readapting and moving forward. It is very humbling to hear what others have experienced in situations that most cannot fathom, and it only takes a few to have the courage to speak and relive and share what you guys have gone through. I believe this is just as powerful as saving a pinned solder from enemy fire. The war may be over for some, but the battle still lives in many who struggle. Blessings and thank you for sharing. When I say thank you for your service, I mean it seven fold. By making these vlogs, your service is still very much active. Much respect and many blessings my friend,

i just want to say thank you to this man. it takes so much courage to speak about these things to the degree he has. these are the kinds of things that can shake a man to the core. it can change the way you respect life and yourself. this man and the many like him deserves not only our respect but our love. i was very upset when i was deemed unfit to serve here in Canada due to a neurological disease but my mind set even then was that this service brings men together (whether you agree with the circumstances of war or not) to become so reliant on each other and have so much love and respect for each other they can become family. imagine seeing or living the things these men have , happen to your loved ones. it hits home pretty quick. i wish i could buy this man a drink and shake his hand. it is truly a honor to serve your country & fellow men in battle. Again, regardless how you feel about the war..... these are human beings. they are worth our time and admiration.

This Video really brought home what war is about, I could hear the pain and Heartache in his voice. Sooo glad he and others made it home and GOD BLESS to those who did not. It is good to talk. I want to put my arms around all of you and say it will be ok, in time. I have never experienced war given I live in Ireland. I am here and I am listening to all of your videos, My support goes out to all of you. Please stay safe and get together and talk, help each other. It could be a simple thing as coming together and talking like in these Videos with others and for others. The bigger the group, the larger the support is there. Stay in contract with each other.
