I need to thank you for this FREE, EFFECTIVE workout. I've been doing this most days for a couple of weeks, sometimes I do it twice in a row. My legs are stronger, firmer, and my whole body looks longer and leaner I swear. I am a big fan of this little video. Every time I do it though, it's a little easier. Soon I'll have to find a more challenging one!

Hi! Thanks a lot for this :) I do this everyday after my 4 or 5 mile walk. Within a week the legs seem to be much toned.

OMG. This is a KILLER leg workout. Even though it's only 11 minutes, I felt it for 3 days after...LOVE LOVE LOVE this!

OK the jump squats hurt my knees super bad. Is there a modification? I assume just do a single leg squat without the jump?
