My family and I own a toll brother home but I love this house we happen to live in red rock country club guard gated community and we only paid 658,000 for 4500 ft.². I personally feel this market is so out of control. It has to come down. There’s just no if ends or butts about it, unfortunately all the stupid people will continue to pay all this money for these home to the market finally hit rock bottom and they will be stuck holding the bag, however, long that takes my family and I have lived out here in Vegas since the 80s we’ve seen this market go up and down since the last 30 years now, we just have to sit back and watch the disaster that’s in the White House. Bring this economy to its knees Allan I have to say I love the way you present a home outstanding you’re a great real estate agent when I move out of my Parents Home ******* I’m gonna use you as a realtor, but I have to warn you. I am sharp as a tack.
