I love these 5 minute workouts, I get up at 3am and 330 I'm doing all 4, by the time I get out the door I can really feel the difference in my body, let alone seeing a difference in the fitting of my clothes, best quick workouts ever.

I did this one. Nice and easy for a 58 year old. Lucy, I appreciate all of your workouts. Your videos are truly safe and easy to follow. And THANKS so much for the 2 options you provide in your challenging workouts. I've been sharing your videos to family and friends. Also, I just completed the 20 minute one as well.

Oh my goodness! I thank God that I re-found Lucy! I used to interact with Lucy's material years and years ago and I guess life just happened but ....I am so looking forward to jumping back in. I started yesterday and I feel better already! Many blessings and thanks to Lucy! I pray you all hit your goals today! I feel like God led me here! I am so pumped up and ready to feel even better!

THANK YOU LUCY! your workouts are holy grail. i found u 2 months ago I followed most of your workouts and diet advice diligently and I see a lot of improvements in my waist, arm fats, I used to be a very very plump person and was made fun many times due to my weight and the best thing is that my sleep quality improved tremendously ! 😉😉😉😉 god bless you 🥰 love from Malaysia !

Hi Lucy, I'm 41 and have noticed my neck skin is not feeling as toned as it used to be. Finding it challenging to find exercises that target this area. Is this something you can do a video on please? Tone everywhere else never thought about my neck sagging 😔

You need to look up videos on face yoga for that.

If the skin itself is your concern, I recommend using SPF on your neck every day if you don’t already! It will help prevent your skin from losing elasticity.

I really like the 5 minute abs! ❤. I would really like a 5 minute workout to lose stubborn belly fat! 😁. I like how you show the next move number with a description on left and the timer bar on the right side of the screen😊

I don't know whether it made this workout more effective or it was just an added nuisance but at move seven one of my cats was crouching behind me and tried to scratch my foot whenever it went behind me. :) Otherwise I love this 5 minute series! Thank you, Lucy!

I had to watch a video that really told me Exercise does not come through motivation. And I googled your work out and just got up off the couch. And realized that even though I was unmotivated I had to make the MindShift to do this and I did it. Now I’m like why didn’t I do this lol before thank you Lucy

This was so great. I really love the shorts. I did this one and felt really good after. Is this good for menopause belly too? (I am just starting to try out these and looking at your site for courses you offer - I can't do running with an injured foot but can manage basic standing/basic walking). Trying to do more in house workouts though, yours are SO wonderful. Loved this one so much! thank you Lucy!
