Fantastic, such a doable workout and perfect length for those who don't have much time in the day to set aside for exercise. Although it was mainly targeted for the Abs, your whole body was engaged and got a workout. Smashed it again Lucy!

I agree with the previous comment I would NEVER mute you. Love to hear your encouragement and positive comments. This workout was wonderful and I added it on after another workout. Am REALLY enjoying ALL your workouts and love the short 5-7 min ones as an add on as well or to combine a few together. PLEASE keep them coming you and your workouts are wonderful. This amazing lady Lucy has been my inspiration since lock down March 2020,I have managed to lose 4 stone and have Managed to keep the weight off and all thanks to this lovely Lucy ❤️I even do her morning and evening bedtime stretches. I’m 43 and feel a lot younger,I can never thank you enough for your motivation and I will continue for many years to come 💪💪❤️❤️🤩🤩

Hi Lucy from Canada. I would like to thank you for all the work you put into making these exercises. I have been on a lifestyle change since February of this year and have lost 38 lbs. You have made your exercises in a way that even when I don't want to exercise I can start with a 7 minute workout and before I know it I have done a full hour. I appreciate that you talk throughout the video and even after I have done the exercises for many time I still leave the volume on because I like the energy that you bring to all your workouts. I feel comfortable wearing my clothes now when before I would be concerned that my belly was looking too big. So I just wanted to say thank you again.

This is the perfect workout for me! Light cardio, standing, low impact, abs, with the warm-up and cool down included. The stretches at the end felt so good. Yes to more of these!

Loving the all in one workout: warm up, work out, cool down. Normally I have to create playlists to create these, but going straight through saves me so much time. Loving the suspense of the new move at the end alongside the reassuring progress bar for each move. Fascinating to see you creativity and how these videos keep develop. Seeing Princess Sultana is always a bonus! A new favourite. Diolch Lucy.

THIS is PERFECT for beginners. I‘ve seen a lot of „for beginners“ fitness videos that are impossible for workout newbies. But this is manageable and just perfect. Thank you so so much!!❤️❤️

Love these ‘standing abs’ workouts and the cardio is a real bonus. Do keep them coming please Lucy. For people with osteoporosis this is a far better exercise than floor crunches and planks. Thank you 😊Rosie

Really love the standing / walking workouts - I can do them at work before I start - don't need to get my gym gear on to do them. As a result iIam doing them 5 days a week first thing in the morning. Thank you for all your free content, its very much appreciated.

great instructions to make sure that my body is in the right position and in alignment,, I have had trouble in the past with other fitness instructors. So many injuries I almost gave up till I found Lucy. Thank you

I have difficulty doing exercises laying on the floor or getting up & down off the floor. These are brilliant, really comfortable to do. And just the right amount of time. Thank you Lucy :)

Another fantastic workout Lucy! I love the countdown bar... feels so much shorter than watching a timer and waiting to reach the end. I want to go on longer and that's so rare haha

Just finished this alongside the Venice walks .. I am sweaty and happy! I love the concept of mixing 2 moves 4x. It's more fun for me. Love it! 😍🥰😍

Started working out after a break of 2 months. This workout had the right amount of intensity where it raised my heartbeat but at the same time didn’t make me go, “Oh, stop it!” Loved it! 15 mins flew away.

Love this new set of 15 min....and felt the result around my waste straight away... Although I am a man I appreciate that the majority of mannequins on your channel lucy are female..but I believe you have numerous guys 👦 as followers and youtube students too. Maybe your next one can be targeting the male population ( picture wise ) and I am sure you will smash it.. This is perfect for me. I like that you include the warm up and cool down/stretch right in. Part 2 is a bit longer than the other 7 minute workouts. Maybe I can work up to the longer ones.

I love your workouts and do them in the mornings before work, I love the fact this one includes both the warm up and cool down exercises which makes it absolutely perfect for me. I followed your drop a dress size all last week along side a healthy diet and lost an incredible 5 lbs. I turn 61 in less than a month so am sticking to your workouts, walking and a healthy diet to see what I can achieve in a month all inspired by your routines, thank you 😊 🌻🤸‍♀️

What a refreshing new routine. I really enjoyed the combinations. Many of the other routines use the same exercises and it was getting kind of 'flat.' This is great!!!!!

Good day I have been working out with Lucy for the last 5 years', might be 6, it is so amazing. For the first 3 years I exercised every day, no brakes in between. In my second year I was able to lose 25 kg, it took time. That was my aim in the beginning, to lose the wait. As my fitness journey , my life style and age changed, so did Lucy. I am at the age where a flat tummy is nice to have but the waist is better. getting rid of the visceral fat is the aim. It is amazing how Lucy has adjusted her program keeping in mind that we change and get older. It is 5 years now, it could be 6 but it is an amazing journey
