I agree! I’m less likely to begin a 45 minute workout, but I’ll easily click on a 7 minute one. Then the next thing you know, I’ve clicked on the next one and the next one and end up working out for 45 minutes after all! 🥰

can some of these be modified to a seated position? i use a walker due to leg weakness and them going out without me knowing when it will happen.
