Thank you! I have been loving all of you ab videos. I am getting back into my workout routine, 2024 was a year of dealing with grief (I lost three close family members in 2023 one of which was my father and I was devastated). I did do some of your vides but not as much as I usually do. I am back to my morning Lucy morning routine and get up from desk and do one short video an hour. I am back on track .

I’ve loved your exercise programs for years. Currently, I have cervical foraminal stenosis causing a lot of neck pain. My abs and lower body need strength built. Do you have any recommendations that wouldn’t hurt my neck?
