I enjoyed this workout. It gave me 2334 steps. I walked 1.19 miles! And of course, it put me 20 minutes towards my 30 minutes a day exercise goal! I really enjoy doing your workouts. I do your exercise snacks throughout the day to keep me going! I have been on a fitness and health journey for the last two years. I have lost 80 pounds. I still would like to lose about 20 more to get to my goal. You have definitely helped me along the way! Thank You for all that you do to help everyone be more fit!!

Loved this workout, with the 30 second move transitions. I feel I get so much more benefit from your 15-20 min walks then 30+ on a treadmill. 2260 steps in this workout today :) I love the walking/toning workouts as well. Lucy, thank you for your all standing workouts - I stupidly had a nasty fall a couple of years ago whilst out walking which resulted in a smashed and dislocated elbow. I now have a metal replacement elbow which means I can no longer do burpees, planks etc. At 62, I really want to keep as fit and healthy as possible and your positivity and excellent workouts are helping me on my fitness journey. THANK YOU! Btw, Norwich in Norfolk is a beautiful city to walk around - Plantation Gardens, Elm Hill, the market place to name but a few!

So sorry to hear about your fall and actually recent research shows planks and burpees are not good for us. So doing standing workouts are better so you keep even fitter than ever before. This is a great way to start the day. it is fun and I have been doing your workouts for years and I know they are effective. You make the time fly and before you know it the workout is over. I took enjoyed the quick transitions as it kept you guessing as to what is next, a really good idea for a 20min indoor walking work out. I do think it's amazing we are lucky to get such high quality work outs at no cost, thank you so much Lucy ❤. I'm not sure if you've been but Bruges and Brussels is really lovely for a walking work out. I did around 2400 steps but I did q light jog when I wanted instead of the walking. ❤❤🙏
