Love these new after meal lower blood sugar workouts! It makes me feel better after eating and less guilty when I enjoy a sugary treat

Currently self funding a continuous glucose monitor as trying to prevent diabetes medication. I've tried this particular exercise and checked glucose level before the exercise after eating and then after the 7 min workout. It really does reduce your blood sugar. I doubled the exercise to get it down further so I'll be using this one after lunch and dinner when I don't go to the gym. I can't believe how quick my blood sugar reduced this morning after breakfast! Thank you for sharing these exercises as you rightly say exercise has multiple benefits. Some of these benefits are inside the body which you can't see but this sensor I'm wearing has shown me how it's worked magnificently on my blood sugar levels. Thanks again Lucy

Another excellent workout. I'm still going to be doing my thirty minutes of LWR workouts first thing every day over Christmas. I watched a video on glucose a lady by the name of glucose goddess was saying if you take a tablespoon of vinaigrette before eating and after that it can lower blood glucose , which was a fantastic tip

😂😂 ageism at its most ignorant. These are simple walking and marching exercises, seniors or anyone else can modify if they have balance issues or sit in a Chair or a wheelchair and move their legs and arms. Now if you had said how do you expect quadriplegics to do this…

It is not a scam, while diet and stress is important, exercise and movement push the glucose from the blood to be used by the muscles.

She's not scamming anyone. Not everyone can manage their blood sugar with diet alone. Activity is needed to help balance it. You can eat correctly all you want but if you're not being active your blood sugar levels won't get under control

Are you diabetic or pre-diabetic? If you are, then please educate yourself. She's not scamming anybody. You need exercise and activity to keep your blood sugar normal. Regardless, what she's doing is a 'life-helping' hack for diabetics. You are advised to get in a 10 to 15 mins walk after every meal. Believe me, it works!
