Thank you so much! I’ve watched many of your videos, but I think this one is the best for me. However, I do have a couple of questions. First, does it matter how many lymph nodes were removed? I had 4 removed on my left side (the side with cancer) but none removed on my right side. I had a double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. However, my right side seems to be my trouble side, mostly with scar tissue, probably due to the port issues. My second question is about the placement of your hands for the breathing at the beginning and end. It seems like you place your hands on your right side and then in the middle but not on the left. Is that correct? Is there a reason for that?

After DMX/DIEP with Left axillary sentinel nodes (3) removed what direction should we going? Assuming the belly lymphatic system is compromised/blocked as well having the tissue and vessels removed, incisions, clips, scar tissue etc.

I haven't had any lymph nodes removed, but my lymph drains into my breast. If I mash my nipple, it will drain. What should I do?
