【妈妈食谱】甜品系列:奶香荔枝布丁
✿材料
• 水 2.8升
• 燕菜条 25克
• 鲜奶 1升
• 荔枝罐头 1罐
• 淡奶 1罐 (390克)
• 斑斓叶 5片
• 冰糖 400克(个人口味)
*依个人口味选择荔枝或龙眼罐头
✿准备工作
• 燕菜条洗净 备用
• 斑斓叶洗净 备用
• 将荔枝罐头中的荔枝取出剪块做内陷 备用
• 将剪好的荔枝块放入要成型的容器里 备用
✿步骤
1. 首先,准备一个大锅,倒入2.8 升的水煮沸
2. 加入斑斓叶提香和菜燕条还有冰糖搅拌至融化(中火)
3. 倒入荔枝汁,淡奶,鲜奶搅拌均匀就可关火
4. 接下来用筛子过滤掉杂质
5. 倒入准备好的容器
6. 用汤匙舀起泡泡可以让凝固后表面光滑
7. 等待冷却凝固,放入冰箱就完成啦~

Mum’s Recipe | Dessert Series: Milky Lychee Pudding
✿Ingredients
• 2.8L of water
• 25g of agar-agar stick
• 1L of fresh milk
• 1 canned lychee
• 390g of evaporated creamer
• 5 pieces of pandan leaves
• 400g of lump sugar
*Choose canned lychee or longan fruit as per personal flavour
✿Pre-preparation
• Wash and clean agar-agar stick
• Wash and clean pandan leaves
• Cut lychee from the canned lychee into small pieces
• Put lychee into small container
✿Steps
1. Put the 2.8L water into a pot and boil it.
2. Add pandan leaves, agar agar sticks and lump sugar into the boiling water, cook with medium heat
3. Pour in lychee juice, evaporated creamer, fresh milk and stir the mixture well then turn off the heat
4. Use strainer to filter out
5. Pour into the prepared container
6. Scope the bubble with spoon to have a smooth surface
7. Wait for the mixture to cool down in the container and put in fridge, it’s all set!
