【妈妈食谱】| 传统卤肉饭
✿材料
• 肉碎 750克 (半肥瘦)
• 蒜米 1粒
• 小葱头 4粒
• 黑酱油 3汤匙
• 胡椒粉 半茶匙
• 生抽 半汤匙
• 盐 1汤匙
✿开锅前准备
1. 将蒜米,小葱头切碎 备用
2. 1锅热水(1升) 备用
✿步骤
1. 首先,加入适量的油热锅
2. 再加入蒜米和小葱头炒至金黄
3. 然后加入肉碎和盐一起翻炒至出油
4. 接下来,将翻炒好的肉碎倒入煮沸热水的锅中,中火焖煮5分钟
5. 加入3汤匙的黑酱油和半汤匙的生抽和半茶匙的胡椒粉即可
(可依个人口味加入辣椒和青葱)

Mum’s Recipe | Minced Pork Rice
✿Ingredients
- Ground pork meat 750g
- 1 Garlic
- 4 Shallots
- 3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon of white pepper powder
- ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of salt
✿Pre-preparation
1. Minced garlic and shallots
2. Boil 1 pot of hot water (1 Litre)
✿Steps
1. Firstly, add suitable amount of oil to heat the wok
2. Add minced garlic and shallots, fry till golden colour
3. Add in ground pork meat and salt, fry for 3 minutes
4. Pour cooked pork into the pot with boiled water, cook with medium-heat for 5 minutes
5. Add 3 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce & ½ teaspoon of white pepper powder and mixed it accordingly.
(Add chili add scallion as per your interest)
