趁现在还是芒果季节,一起来做芒果西米露。只需5种食材,超简单直接。整整用了1公斤的新鲜芒果果肉来制作,加上椰奶搭配,整体太香了。而且采用了可爱的小西米来制作,加快了焖煮的时间~煮至半熟继续用余温焖至熟透,就清洗并浸冷水,这样出来颗粒分明Q弹可爱~ 冷却后,芒果西米露更加浓厚,加上更多芒果丁,冰淇淋球,满满的西米,口感十足,清凉爽口,大人小孩都喜欢~
收藏方式:做好收密封容器,普通冰箱冷却3天内吃完。
While it is still mango season, let's make Mango Sago with coconut milk. It's super easy and straight forward with just 5 ingredients. Totally 1 kilogram of fresh mango pulp is used to make this, paired with coconut milk, so fragrant. This is little sago pearls are used, which speeds up the cooking time~ Cook until half-cooked and continue to simmer until fully cooked translucent, then wash and soak in cold water, so that pearl pieces are clear, QQ chewy and cute~ After chill, mango sago is thicken, with more cubed mangoes, scoop of ice cream, full of sago pearls, great texture, cooling and refreshing, adults and children also like it~
Storage method: Store in airtight container, chill in normal fridge and eat it within 3 days.

=Mango Sago 芒果西米露(about 15cups, 约15杯左右)=
150g Sago Pearls (Small) 西米(小)
1500ml Boiling Water 沸腾水
1kg Mango Pulps 芒果果肉
150ml Water 水
400ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
150ml Water 水
200g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
3g Salt 盐
=Toppings 装饰=
Mango Cubes 芒果丁
Vanilla/Mango Ice Cream 香草/芒果冰淇淋
=Chill in normal fridge 2-3hours 普通冰箱冷却2-3小时=
