The biggest problem is Congo's leadership in Kinshasa seem to not to care and to be very corrupt. Otherwise the situation would never have got this bad. Congo needs a strong president. And he needs to be a ruthless military general that is ready to invade Rwanda . That's the only language Kagame and the Tutsi will understand.

You probably from Kinshasa and doesn’t know nothing about the kivus so let me enlighten you. anywhere There is a Hutu there is a Tutsi and anywhere there is a Tutsi there is a Hutu. For your information the Hutus and Tutsis of Masisi and Rutchuru are very United and never have a problem with each other you can’t even tell them apart in most of the times. The only problem come with the Rwandan extremist Hutus( FDLR) who did the genocide in Rwanda and come to Congo and started spreading they Tutsiphobia ideology which seem to have infected you as well. The Hutus and Tutsis of Masisi and Rutchuru, kalehe, nyiragongo remain united as Kinyarwanda speakers of the Kivu
