​@@macdaddypimpping I can't get the new bulb lined up. The build had multiple notches. And I have big hands. It seems impossible to get the bulb back in. And get the thing plugged back up properly. . . The light turns on. But then after 10 seconds turns back off.

you just have to press the plastic clips down to release them. But really good photography particularly inside the bulb housing. Thanks. I will be doing my bulbs soon

I think you are fine with the voltage. I think why many people wear gloves is so that they dont get finger oil on the bulb which would make it heat up even more and have a lower life cycle.

Nope, if you disconnected the battery everything has to be relearn and you can not pass a SMOG if you don't do the drive cycle correctly.
