Mf rehab is amazing, as Wildman advocates. Highly recommend even just following and thanks again for another great one, Wildman!

Although I'm concentrating on KBs at the moment I still enjoy these mace videos for some reason. I considered making one but it gives my wife the fear (and she'll threaten to have me committed lol). I'll need to make one and hide it in the garden shed.

That mace is so regal. It looks like it belongs in G. O. T. I didnt know what a mace was till i found you. We have rubbish stuff here. I even have to hide my axe from the neighbours. One man neighbour nearly passed out after seeing my digging spade! I've got lots of black fleece tops. It's cold in Blighty.

we knew where it was when you said you have to hide your axe from your neighbor. there's a good mace builder there in the uk. raw form functional fit i think.

Shaun (Rawform Functional Fit) makes really nice maces, almost as nice as the one @Mark Wildman uses... for a heavy duty cheaper one Valhalla Training Academy makes tough as nails ones. Both are in the UK, both are lovely people too... there are nice ones if you dig a little, but most on Amazon are rubbish!

@@MarkWildman that reminds me. I have a big axe in shed not used for years. Who needs a mace 😆

@@adamroden8790 thanks i will look into them, I've tried Amazon, nothing there. Dealing with nice and decent people is important to me, not many about. I'm glad they are being made in the uk. We generally have higher standards.

Can't wait to get back to my gym. I'm already the "weird exercise guy." They haven't seen anything yet.

Mark - thank you again for everything you do for us on the channel. Are you or would you consider doing an online training course aimed at teaching people to instruct the movements you do on the channel? I have used your kettlebell, club and mace instruction to incorporate these movements as a warm up at my Olympic lifting club and also do them on my non-programmed days. I have had several enquiries about coaching others who are interested, which I do not feel correct or confident to do. I have directed people to this channel and other resources but would be interested in learning more and starting to lead others if I could get knowledgeable enough. Is this something you would consider? If not (or not now), are there any online courses or certifications that you would rate or recommend?

I would definitely consider it. I was hoping to do in person coaching this year but looks like 2021 may turn into 2020

@@MarkWildman - thank you for replying. From the comments, you have subscribers / students / acolytes across the globe, so in person instruction wouldn’t be an option for many of us. I know it’s easier to suggest something than it is to do it and I remain grateful for your outstanding free content in any case, but if you are able to do any online teaching products, I’d be both keen and confident that I’m not alone. Really appreciate your work and looking forward to the app.

Do you do a little flair with your pull-over? I'm not sure if it's an illusion, or because the movement is fluid, but when you do this with clubs or mace, it looks like you give a little partial swing at the top. I feel like when I do these, especially with clubs, mine are more rigid and a straight up and down and i'm only twisting my body
@MarkWildman3 жыл бұрын
It’s the movement of the wrist

I'm already mentally adding the sword flare on the inside too.

A bit OT for this vid., but I was wondering if you'd have to pick the single best kb exercise to do what would it be? :D
