I have a request. Ankle mobility. I use the crap out of your hip mobility videos. Thank you for the continuous flow in information mark! Your videos are the best.

I second that. I greatly need to improve ankle mobility for the warrior stance.
Wow!!! This is definitely a hard move. Both on the muscles and the brain. The start is simple yet difficult to grasp. Probably because you let the tip drop first and then apply force unlike almost all of the movements so far. And my shoulders are sore!!! So, when are we getting swords @Mark Wildman??? PS: I hope all is better with your family. Wish the best!

Would there be a problem in replicating this on heavy clubs?
@patsprehe45383 жыл бұрын
Heavy clubs aren't designed to be held upside down with the weight below or near your hand. I think the closest equivalent would be a gamma/shield cast and/or a swipe. If the clubs are light enough you can do it, but with heavier clubs that's a lot of strain on your elbow and wrist. I would try to use the clubs for exercises that better fit clubs. More swings, less twirls and spins.

Depends on how heavy. But I would think 25% of your mill weight

Try it with a one pound Indian club. Then you will answer your own question. Seriously.

If I do 10/side of these and outside flares each time I take a break from typing (pomodoro!) I'll have indestructible wrists.
