Last year I went to a gastroentroologist to get help with my digestive issues. I told her I was supplementing betaine hcl with pepsin, she asked what is that? I was completely stunned and decided I was wasting my time there! Thank God for KZbin!

This is really helpful, to have your various food allergy videos in one place. It allows me to make the necessary connections without the need to search your catalog. REALLY appreciate the effort of you and your team to put this together. I'm celiac, and while I live a strict GF diet, I have the nagging feeling there is something more I can do about the condition itself. Having all your videos in one place allows me to watch and take notes MUCH more easily, as I research.

I'm still learning and new to knowing I have celiacs. So far I learned it's all about " The bugs" we don't have in our gut and body. It's all about the good microbes and learning how to reintroduce them, and feed them the foods they need to thrive. And then we thrive. All overall health always comes back to the bugs lol

I thought I had a reaction to gluten (pain, inflammation in the joints and lack of flexibility) but that wasn't it. Its a reaction to other ingredients in the flour. Possibly folic acid. I started buying flour from a Ukrainian store, it has only one ingredient. Its not enriched. And things I make from it don't cause any issue in my body. There might also be a difference in the use of pesticide/herbicide.

Dr. berg talked about the enriched folic acid that is added to our four. He explained that it is a type of folic that is difficult to digest and explained why. He also give info on an easier type of folic to supplement our diets. You might want to check out his video.

Immune response is immediate occurring when the food enters your mouth or getting in close proximity to the allergen. Immune response to allergens is protecting the body to items not able to find benefit from. Modern foods contain soy which is major allergen. Colors, emulsifiers, preservatives, veggies washes, soaps, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, household products all contain soy. Meats often will be enhanced with flavors, colors and preservatives of soy as well as processed meats with hydrolyzed stocks. Meats also have residual amounts of farming pharmaceutical at times present in fat layers.

Excellent! Thank you! I’m rebuilding my microbiome after horrible 2yr sibo post viral. It’s still healing of course prob for years however after getting histamines calmed down I could start renewing microbiome since Christmas 22’. I couldn’t tolerate even 1 tsp of any plants. I lived on beef and butter for a year and lots of fasting then was really declining in many areas including cognitive & neurotransmitters. I think I tried microdosing blended veg 6-7 times over that year with intolerable effects even while on antimicrobials lasting for weeks. The effects on neurotransmitters were so awful. Very dark doom and this while working vagus, lymph, breath work, RedLight, daily exercise, etc all the things. But after Christmas last year all the prayers and extreme necessary fasting & eliminated foods resulted in now I can tolerate these and I’m building my microbiome. Still can usually only eat once a day but can eat quite a bit of veg now. Keeping watch on histamine & other foods that cause more symptoms. Can’t do too many carbs but can eat big salads. I still am pregnant level bloated but it’s not as painful or uncomfortable. Energy is good. It’s still a great work to manage but what feels like a miracle I am grateful to be out of that dark cognitive & neuro decline. I hope this encourages someone.

i did the elimination diet when i first got sick and had a multitude of symptoms, including SVTs and mini seizures.....ended up learning i was reacting to milk proteins, including milk/whey/ etc.....went to an allergist, he did a blood draw, and said i had no allergys. i tried to explain what i had discovered, and he SCOFFED at me, asking if i watch KZbin and did Google searches?? did that make me a doctor?? WTH??? i grew up on a dairy farm, and raised dairy goats and made all our dairy products from the fresh, raw, milk. cheese, yogurt, ice cream, cream, and more. what happened overnight to change my tolerance???? my diet is so restricted now......i miss the farm fresh products

I had to do carnivore (beef and butter only) for a year due to post viral sibo and vagus nerve dysfunction. @@shar7508 thru lots of trial & error we all figure out what gives relief to illness symptoms so it can heal and then evolve as tolerated and rebuild. 💕 My carnivore time was necessary to stay alive. Many times I didn’t eat at all as my body was just rejecting food period. It was very difficult. But beef and butter I rarely reacted to and could rest as long as did lots of fasting. I didn’t have to get surgery or a feeding tube. My low weight was 107 at 5’5 and now I’m lifting weights and hour long walks & trampoline most days at 124 building muscle back. 🙏🏼
