I am a Herbologist over 35 years and vegetarian. I Fast 18 to 23 hours a day it depends. I also teach my herbal friends how to Fast. I enjoy all your videos. I also do OMAD. Please keep teaching your knowledge until the pharmaceutical industry tries to stop you. I've been doing this a long time knowledge is power. When you are healthy, you don't need drugs, and drug companies don't like that. I watch so many negative lies about herbs on TV. That's because a lot of people that take herbs don't know the natural way to eat the food. Yes! Herbs 🌿 are food plants to heal the body. Herbs are also in the Bible. Great video doc.

Just an observation…Perhaps some of the foods you are eating are causing inflammation since you notice a great improvement when fasting. I have found Dr. Berry (KZbin) to also be a great source of information.

Thank you for merging the videos together so that we wouldn’t have to go through a bunch to find what we’re looking for. I have started ADF last week and found that it gets easier every time as I can go longer without getting hungry. I have started to fast because I am a disgustingly overweight Christian and ashamed of my lack of self control. The Lord showed me that being gluttonous is a sin and that lack of self of self control is a bad look for a Christian. I have found that this method of fasting has changed the way I approach food, I am able to not give into temptation so easily and I make sensible choices when I break my fast as I don’t want to undo the good work my body has been doing repairing my body. I would like to do this type of fasting until I am at a healthy weight and then mix and match a different IF schedule to maintain the weight.

I'm interested in the protocol that you follow: six days/week of 16/8 intermittent fasting (your window of eating 12-8pm) and one day/week 24 hr fast. My question is do you start counting the 24 hrs immediately after your last meal at approx. 8 pm? EXAMPLE: your last meal is 8pm Sat, and it's now time to start your 24 hr fast. Do you start eating again on Sunday 8pm? I think I probably just answered my own question because if you went longer (say not eating until Mon at noon that would be a 40 hr fast).

I believe fasting starts after 4 to 6 hours when food ingested should have passed from stomach to the small intestine. The start of counting hours for fasting should be this way.

Hello, I started a three day fast and at 30 hours I became very weak to the point of not being able to stand up and feeling out of it. I sat on the floor and thank goodness my roommate was home as he brought me a spoon of honey and I was able to walk to a chair. I ate an apple and a banana to bring me out of that wacked out feeling. Has anyone ever experienced this? If so, what would cause this? Maybe I should do 18/6 IF?

For someone like me what do you suggest I do when it comes to referring to be more successful so I don’t impulsively binge on junk food after a long fast or any daily fast for that matter? Please help me. I know there are proper things to do referring physically but mentally I get stuck and lose control. I could really use your best advice. Thanks in advance.
