I believe we malagasy are easily enclined to adopt this state of mind. Peace on you.

Absolutely. I wish the video was him alone walking through the villages and markets. He can convey much more understanding to all of us so far away...and without the pandering of a white guy trying so hard to fit in but cannot because he thinks he's just so amazing and everybody with whom he interacts gets that he's a jerk. Just another smiling white guy with a camera crew...blows into town...disrupts routines...drives away...says to himself "I've made the world a better place...I am awesome." That young man, with his quiet and patient manner, is who should have presented this piece. We'd have learned more. And that should have been the story. One major theme could have been "waste nothing" and use everything edible...a lesson that the West has forgotten.
