As a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor sometimes it’s nice to not need to plan your own at home workout. I have a playlist of my favorite of your videos and rotate through what specific exercises I want daily. Thank you for such great content.

I appreciate the speed at which you go through the moves. So many other fitness people will plow through the movements but your slower, mindful approach helps to really feel the exercises. So thankful for you!

I've always really enjoyed your mindful pace through these exercises. Nothing is rush rush rush, just super controlled and precise. I love those short workouts to stay consistent❤. Sometimes I find it a little difficult to do the exercises with control when combining different movements in one exercise.

I was shocked this was 20 minutes! It flew by so quickly I couldn’t believe it was over!! This was a perfect video for me today, challenging but not too hard and with a lot of fun new moves to work my whole body.

Great workout! If you are new to working out I recommend watching this before you do it she moves pretty fast and doesn't give a lot of modifications.

Maddie your workouts are awesome! I would love if you could create a multi-movement type of video (ex: squats into shoulder press). Love the full body but it would be great to have some type of full body movement workouts that also have a HIIT feel to them. Thanks!!

Hey Maddie, first of all I love this video. It really gives me a good sweat and I think it covers many different areas of the body to work on strength training but also balance. However, I find that when I do the deadlifts, I feel it in my lower back a ton and after the workout will have some lower back pain. I use a mirror when I work out so I can compare my form to yours, but I still can’t seem to find the sweet spot. Do you have any suggestions for this? Thank you :)

Hi , the videos are so good, that me and my husband have been exercising together for the last 4 months. We have lost weight and feel comfortable with our progress.
