We are too spoiled here in Los Angeles 😆 Even at 66f is freezing cold for me to get out 😂 As much as I love the outdoors, I have done many of this video at home (I hate the gym) I am sure you got many days of one of the most beautiful country in the world! I really liked this. I have found myself navigating away from these MadFit workouts because I find the chat and explanation goes on too long and eats into the actual workout. But I might come to this one and next time I’ll know what’s what and can just do the workout rather than wait for a full demonstration while the time is ticking down. Not being negative - I’m just okay with way less chat. Thanks for this one!
