I’ve been doing this work-out for about 4 times a week for 2 weeks, sometimes doing a different arm workout of hers and pairing it with abs and or legs. And I can already see a difference. I feel so much stronger and can already do about 4 push-ups which isn’t great, but I couldn’t even do any 2 weeks ago! So definitely a lot of improvement, thank you Maddie for making these workouts.

I am so thrilled to find your stuff! At 73 I am reasonably fit, but due entirely to being outdoors, walking, swimming and running a little. I used go to the gym until I couldn't afford it any longer. So, now, with lockdown, I've been looking for exercises for "seniors," and OMG they all seem to assume that we can't even stand up! Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. kzbin.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

I did this workout for around 15 days and i started seeing amazing results, my grandma arms were not that flabby anymore nd i could feel my triceps, but i dont knw why did i stop doing this workout and started chloe tings 12 min arm workout and trust me nothing happened. I have come back again to continue this workout and i hope i dont ruin my progress this time.

How are you that tall and that weight that’s crazy. I’m so disgusted in myself. I’m 5’0 female I weight 147. Last time I lost weight my “heaviest” was 135. I’ve been stuck at 145-147 for months..

@@alexischarest378 Hey girl! I was in the same predicament as you. I had been 5’2 back in June of ‘22, and I weighed 154. I decided to start a calorie deficit and it eventually brought me down to 145! I had also been stuck there for a while, and I later learned that I needed to cut back on/remove my intake of carbs and sugar. I had been allowing myself to still eat foods high in that because at the end of the day I believed I’d be burning more calories than I consumed. That was not a healthy decision-I continued to add to the fat distribution in my body even while burning it. As of today I only snack on sweets 1-3 times a week. I also switched to only drinking water. Now, almost a year later (March ‘23), without having gone to the gym-and just now starting workouts, I’m 5’3 at 131 lbs! Diet really can make an impact on your weight, but if you want to build muscle or get toned, workouts will do you justice. I’m finally beginning my workout journey in hopes I can get toned. I wish you luck with yours!

Day2: As I predicted it hurts but I am happy because thats how I will get results. By the way today isnt my arm day. So see you tomorrow! Day3: I finished it. Pushups are still difficult for me. I cant pull myself without laying on the floor first hahah. But I believe that it will get better soon. Day4: Rest day Day5: My form was a little bit better. Am I the only one who thinks arm is the most difficult body part to gain muscles? BUT I will keep training. Btw today I workout with1kg instead of 0.5 kg for the first time. Dont forget to stay motivated! Day6: Rest day Day7: During the slow pushups I was able to stay 1 more second. That's good news. Other than that everything was the same. Have a good they y'all! Day8: Rest Day Day9: I’m not feeling well, mentally, to workout. Tomorrow I will continue! Day10: I completed! This was my 5th time doing it. I can say that my form is getting better every time. I feel I'm getting stronger.

Just finished this session after insanity. I'm gonna add this to my routine 3x a week. Week 1 (Day 1) arms: 14.25" I've a lot of arm fat atm so I'm really looking forward to the changes!! Will keep yall updated

You cannot target fat anywhere on the body specifically. Resort to intermittent fasting and stop eating carbs and do cardio - run 3 miles each day. You will see results! Good Luck!

i will do this everyday and update! ------------------- Day One 🌺 : This felt so good on my arms after and you can really feel the burn, but ofc my desperate self checked my arms in the mirror right after this workout lmao ------- Update 🌺: ik ik i forgot to update but here’s and update since i forgot to log my days for the past week! I can see quite the improvement in my arm muscles and i have gained 1cm in muscle! but arms haven’t been really slimming down, it’s more gaining muscle, but i hope in the further they start to slim down a bit! -------

I haven't done any sort of strength training for at LEAST a year and a half, and let me just tell you that I am already nervous about tomorrow! Sad to say I couldn't do any...I couldn't even lift my arms above my waist or stretch them. In push-ups, I just fell to the ground and died. I didn't know I was that weak. Arm exercises are the only ones that make me die like this, damn.

I've been doing this every day for 2 weeks and I already feel stronger! I've always had weak arms, I couldn't even do 5 push-ups. But now I can finally follow along! Tricep dips are still giving me issues, so I have to stop after about 25 seconds cause my arms collapse. lol But I'm getting there!

Honsestly the best fitness channel ive ever found ! Ive always been searching for the right workout videos and this is one of the many videos that you have that is great ! GUARANTEE that you will gain muscle in 2 weeks of doing this video, maybe get little toned like I did but if you continue doing this after 2 weeks you will definitely gain those toned arms !! 10/10

I'm a big girl with zero upper body strength. I only used two pound dumbbells and thought it was a nice workout. Definitely felt a little tingly after but not so sore that I can't lift my wild toddler.

Someone please tell me how you can get your arms to go backwards so far doing the bridge thing...mine don't go more than 3 inches behind my back. If I try to get them to go back any further, my shoulders round in. And how do you avoid your belly touching the ground when you do the 1st inch of pushups??
