He was just saying what was reported to him, he likley doesn't understand why you want to go back for a chat 😂 that's what someone who wants confrontation might do. He's happy you stopped, you don't stop if you have something to hide, it's also a worry just being a work as a public job and being filmed not knowing but he did a great job, answered some questions I didn't know 😂 he explained it near the end really well, we need more encounters like this

Nice gentleman at the self storage business! Great visit by the team and great video. 👍⭐⭐⭐ Appears since 2021 Fort Used Car has stolen Council land for additional parking and advertisement sign along Bromford Lane. Previously Bromford Lan ran directly in front of the business and crossed the railway. When the Bromford Lane Roundabout was added the street was widened and shifted east with a second bridge added for the roundabout. Land Registry shows the parcel in front of Fort is separate and the former road alignment. The pavements, barriers, utility boxes, lampposts and landscaping were added with the roundabout. Street views from 2008-2020 show the land being maintained and no cars. A bit overgrown in 2020 and in 2021 Fort began parking cars and a signage trailer on the Council land. With the sloppy parking, surprising the utility boxes have not been damaged. Definitive maps for footpaths maps site has it shaded as Council land and separate from the commercial shading. From the old maps, the Fort building was a WW2 era factory building with newer front added.

Great to see the Auditing community coming together to show that physical assaults, harassment and intimidation against one, will not be tolerated, and will only lead to further bad publicity from fellow auditors. It would be good to see more of these collaboration videos, might I suggest that AF Steel Fabrications in Hull would benefit from an education visit following 'BP Visits' Audit of their site in the following video kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqXQaoVvZtSZeckfeature=shared , BP seemed happy with the police response but I was appalled, they seemed to imply that if he returned, then he may be removed from public land to prevent a breach of the piece by the steelworks boss and his employees. Diabolical if you ask me.. 🤔🤔
