Same with me Sir, I run 10KM on alternative day. For the last 2 weeks I have been running 10 KM. I feel good while running in the morning but in the daytime while working I feel very tired and pain in the ankle and bottom of my foot. I will try the technique you suggested and I am 31 years old and I am planning to run a half marathon tomorrow. I have been running for almost 2 months now. Thanks for your input.

Meri age 41 hai mai daily( 5 day in a week) 6 to 8 km 9.8 per miles se bhagta hu meri heart rate 140 to 160 hoti hai. Kya ye thik heart rate hai.
