You lost weight, but check if you also lost muscle mass bcos of which weight lost .

@@Rajesh312000 muscle mass is important , in my opinion after achieve desired weight lost . And this Jadu diet is not for entire life, once u achive desired weight , starts little bit carbs or heavy protines for energy . But first of any over weight person is reduce weight without energy lost , and this Jadu diet has all type of vitamins, minerals, micro minerals to do even 5 km daily running ... But muscle mass is important I agree with u

Haa is diet plan se maine bhi 8-9 kg kam kiya tha 2 months m bt thodi bhut cheating bhi ki thi lunch m 1 chapati khati thi or bhut jyda bhuk lagne pe dinner m bhi 1 chapati kha leti thi bt fir bhi 8-9 kg kam hua 2 months m or fir kuch time bad m purane routine pe aa gyi to dhire dhire kr k fir se mera wait bhadh gaya hai ab m fir se ise krne ki soch rhi hu dekhati hu is bar kitna kam ho pata hai ….comment box m aake apna experience jarur share karugi agar diet ko achhe se follow kr pai to 😂😂😅😅

Nhi bhai bass tum​ oil chor do maien sir ka exact diet plan nhi follow kiya tha bass mai oil sugar carbohaydrates, roti Chahal ye sb chor diya tha 2 month ho gye hai abhi 73.9 kg h mera 90 se start kiya tha bass ha 30 min daily exercize karna Taki muscle loss na ho or ha paneer/ chicken oil less ya for air fry kar kai bhi kha skate mai toh din me 2 egg 100gm chicken salad bhar kai kahata tha fruits sare except banana and mango or agr zayda sugar craving h toh dark chocolate kha skate kyu ki coca h toh tumahra faida hi h sume dhiyan rhe 90% coca wale lena but ha ek din me pura mat kha lena 4 5 din le jana usse.. tea Peete ho toh sugar less pina or black coffee best h bass yhi kiya follow or zayda kuch nhi @@akbars2207

Thats wonderfull sir. Only one thing that I dont like here is consumption of market soups as they contain lots of preservatives in it n heavy dose of salt. Which will definitely have negative impact on our health. Except that everything is exceptional n I sincerely appreciate your efforts. Thanks sir

I'm using oats 2spoon along with any gourd to cook the soup for dinner... eating one apple..and one cucumber.. Black lemon ginger tea with out sugar..along with sprouts during lunch and morning... I'm feeling better..more energetic.. hat's off to you... sir I am also cooking zero oil sabji

Uncle .....you are so humble and honest person ......you told us a very simple formula how to loose weight ...i want to share my experience that i tried lots of diet plan ..and whenever i started new diet chart and exercise such as yoga sometime and after that i started workout for weight loss and after a week or 15 days i got bored from routine ...and nowadays i feel very confident because i m following your diet planfrom 10 days i lose preety much weight from 62 to 58.5 or 58 can say ...its amazing thanks a lot dr

Sir its more then 10 months am following it. The best thing is that i have stopped using insulin in evening. Am sugar patient since last 5 years. Now a days my routine sugar is 120 random MashaAllah. I have shaped up better, however the problem is that my weight is stopped at 89 kgs. Before start of jado diet my weight was 103 kgs. Please advise how to reduce further 5 to 7 kgs in next 3 months.

I came across this diet plan recently and started it immediately with 5 km brisk walk daily,even at night am having 35 grms of 2 chapattis with in low oil cooked veg in dinner, I started this from 17 Jan 2022 today it's Feb 26 and my weight reduced from 72+ to 65+ Alhamdulillah. My goal is to get the no.60 on scale..Inshallah ...

Diet depends upon persons daily activity... First of all we should know how much calories per day actually we need to maintain the current diet depending upon our physical activity. Mine is sedentary but I was eating upto 3k calories per day that too only home made food 3 proper meals a day thinking this much my body requires but actually it was too much it would be 1600 calories to maintain my weight becoz of that over the time I gained weight in last 2 years .. currently am doing calorie deficit to lose weight and I eat upto 1k calories per day and 1 hr brisk walk... Forget about oil, fat rice, sugar and eat what Dr had suggested in the low calorie food..I take fruits in morning in lunch chopped salad mixed with sprouts without any dressing evening one cup milk tea with lil sugar and in dinner two chapatis 35 grms of each with cooked in very low oil veg.roughy if calculated over all calories per day will be with in 1000 by this diet I lost almost 7 kgs in 40 days Alhamdulillah still am following the same but can have varieties in dinner like moongdal, besan,oats chilla cooked without or very lil ghee with chutneys.. Actually if we cutdown oil, sugar,and rice with our diet automatically calories reduces and weightloss is definite sooner or later ..

Dr sahib , an other magic method is eat whatever you like but 1- When you feel really hungery, 2- Leave eating when there is still a little desire to eat. Stay physically active. Distribute stomach in three parts one for food, other for water, n remaining for air. Thanks.

Rohan in jadoo diet you are not allowed to take cereals. In breakfast I usually take 🍎 and 🥕 Lunch pulses and salads etc Dinner vegetable soup home made I am avoiding edible oil, sugar.

I had tried with DIP diet. I started losing weight too but only with fruit and vegetables hunger can’t be curbed. Also how to fulfil protein which should be equal to body weight.

Everyday only eat vegetables is quite boring and time consuming as well so I eat egg whites or some pulses in boiled form only. You also do this so that you can get protein as well. My protein level is excellent as per my weighing scale. Also I drink hot water throughout a day and finish my dinner before 7 pm. I reduced 6 kg in one week so you can follow this.

I don't know where did I go wrong. Initially I enjoyed the jadoo diet however about 20 days later I experienced bloating and hardness in stool. Later the condition aggravated and I had to go for medicines
