Where is this teachers manual you are referring to?

Hi Teacher Lynn. I just applied and received and email to schedule a 1v1. I never did a 1v4. Is there a new process?

So is the first run-through of the 1v1 when I'll be given some feedback also 8-10 minutes? Or will I go through the entire 25 minute lesson the first time and be given feedback, then only do an 8-10 minute lesson the second time?

Have you had your 1v1 yet?

For reporting noise and camera distraction in the 1v1, will we wait for the pop-up to tell us it's okay to un-mute or un-block the camera? Or will the mentor teacher let us know?

That's a great question. When you mute a student, you can no longer hear them, so you can re-evaluate their noise situation when you drag them into interaction mode or you can unmute when you get a pop up. However, if you still believe you have a noise issue, you'd report and mute again. For the camera, it is different. Even when the student's camera is off, YOU as the teacher can still see them. Because of that, you'd be able to discern whether the issue has been solved or not and make the appropriate decision regarding when to turn their camera back on.
