I ordered this and it arrived just three days ago. I watched a little of the video prior to its arrival so I could get a feel for the marking system, but I’ve not yet had time to watch the rest of it since it arrived. I like that they added the blindfold. And the way they’re marked sparked in me an idea that I’m excited to try because I it adds just a small, (and subtle but impressive), layer to the performance. I think that’s what well-made props should do - spark creativity in us that puts our own, unique spin on things and elevates our performances beyond the initial, basic purpose of the props. The marking system of these bags did that for me. I thought, “hey…I could do THIS,” and then my mind was off and running and before you know it, I was pacing my living room, talking out loud to no one as I began creating a script! I’m pleased with these bags. Usually I see your reviews and then buy the product…but in this case, I had received a ‘20% off everything sale’ email from TCC and took advantage of it to purchase a couple of items, these bags being one of those things. Nice review. Decent product. Haven’t used them in performance yet, having just received them, but I’ve already got all the basic patter and all the performance logistics worked out…and I haven’t even watched the whole video, yet. Maybe I don’t need to, since the bags already fit so nicely into what I do.

The Dollar Tree store carries long markers with colored caps on both ends, 8 to a pack for $1.25. JOT brand. The length is perfect for the peek.

@@magicorthodoxy maybe so, but a kit with psychometry bags and included blindfold. That looks a lot like something already on the market. See Christopher’s product came first, and this just looks like a direct knock off to me.
