Delicious! I must say, everytime when I needed calming season, it is your voice that made me calm and feel ease. Your videos are educational in cooking and baking. Bravo! Actually I have a request, do you have a similar recipe of this cookies that isn’t using flour but rice flour ? It is because my husband who is wheat intolerant but love cookies, this is frustrating as I see the after effects whenever he eats wheat based food. Thanks.

wheat intolerant? I am assuming he is gluten intolerant. Have you ever use wheat starch? it is gluten free, but it is wheat. For this recipe, you can use wheat starch instead of regular wheat flour. It is a very common Chinese ingredient, and most Chinese grocery should carry it. Chinese call it 澄粉

小高姐的 Magic Ingredients ,thanks for your replied. I’m not sure about gluten intolerant. But his blood test report is written wheat based food will make him have hives.. but anyway I’ll try it out. I’m grateful ~
