My mother was killed in a car accident 3 years ago on my husband’s birthday. She had just celebrated her 63rd birthday 3 days before. I have not been right ever since. I literally ended up in a mental hospital for 9 days. I was diagnosed with CPTSD, bipolar disorder and depression. Her death knocked the wind out of me. My mother in law died 5 months before my moms death. I had been her full time caregiver in my home for 5 years. I had to take care of both of their funeral arrangements. We were smack dead in the middle of Covid, so I couldn’t see either of their bodies. Also, my moms oldest sister(my aunt) died 6:45 of Covid 2 weeks before my moms death and my oldest brother had a brain aneurysm and stroke that left him paralyzed on his right side. I took him in my home and nursed him back to health. When he finally became conscious enough to understand some things, I had the hard task of telling him our mom had been killed and our aunt had died of covid, so I totally agree with you that this young lady hasn’t been the same since her moms death. Prayers going up for this young lady 😢😢😢

This is the issue! I don't know her, yet I feel her pain. When you lose a mother, you often loses th e best thing the world has to offer. And if you're close to your mother it can take a toll on you. Unfortunately she fell into the wrath of negative people whom abused her. In this life with no one to really trust, people pretending to be there, eventually turning their back-- on you! I pray that God keeps a hand on her, withhold's her upright with strength and tenacity to weather the storm's of life. I am so happy to see her recovering, it is very much an inspiration. Mental health is as serious as physical health. It has to be maintained and recovery must occur to get things on the right track. Mental, physical and emotional health all tie in together and keep the balance. Your mind is at the center of all things so pay special attention to include actions that help you to become mentally well. If its therapy, do it, if its exercise, do it, if its getting away from anyone or anything that stresses you out, move on feom them. If it's medication you need to take, take it. If it's all of the above plus something else do them all. Don't let anyone shame you or try to stop you from doing what is best for you. Just remember you are worth it and you can find ways to thrive.
