I think there was 2 versions of the bowling majima if I recall. 1st one he sucks donkey balls cause amateur, then once you get higher up in the rankings in bowling you will encounter him again only he is damn near a pro at it. Think it's the same for mesuking and the toy car racing for sure. Been a long while since I last played it but boy, the 2nd time you face him it can get infuriating when your not good at the mini game 🤣

I love the idea that each and every one of these events are immediately after each other. Kiryu goes to the club, sees Majima, beats him up, then goes to the bowling alley to clear his head, only for Majima to appear again, and this just keeps happening.
