Thanks for the support that this video gave me. i increased my 40 Yard dash time from 5.6 to a 4.8 in about 4 weeks which is an awesome result for me.. also the single leg exercise helped me increasing my deadlift and my coordination..

Hi, thank you great video ! Can you make a video about explosivity/vertical jump, because I've a problem when I do a lot of Strenght/Atheletic exercices like in the video I tend to be very "heavy" the sensation like my muscle are strong enough but I cannot maximize the potential of them. What is better : Sprint hills, stairs, ladders ? I think that you know this effect when you're strong but you haven't mobilize the muscles. Thank you, sorry for my english I'm French.

Just saying, be careful of copyright music when recording in the gym, if you get one copyright strike you can't upload videos over 15 mins or live stream on KZbin, two strikes and you lose your channel. Loving the videos man, keep it up!

@ke94718 жыл бұрын
Eat more cruciferous vegetables to increase the nitric oxide level in your blood and the function of your lungs. Also, avoid as much sugar and trans fats as possible as these cause inflammation which will impact your athletic results. Same thing goes for non organic food
