Nice recipe; I made it 2 days ago. I think I goofed with the cream cheese. I should have used a block and not spreadable in a tub, as it melted somewhat with the sweetened evaporated milk when mixed. The cheese layer didn't show up real well when serving. My bad. Otherwise quite flavorful when warmed in the microwave for 15 seconds. Thanks for this recipe.
