1 lb. Pasta Fettuccine
1 lb. Chicken Breast, cut into pieces
½ lb. Shrimp, deveined
½ lb. Andouille Sausage, sliced into half-inch-thick pieces
2 tbsp. Creole Kick
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
¾ cup Onion, diced
3 cloves Garlic minced
1 Bay Leaf
1 medium Tomato, diced
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes or Cayenne
½ cup Red Bell Peppers, diced
½ cup Green Bell Peppers, diced
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Oregano
1 cup Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper, to taste if necessary
Parsley, for garnish

AB....made your jambalaya pasta tonight for the Nat'l Champ game. It was outstanding, great recipe. I made one substitution for the pasta, I added orzo pasta to simulate rice instead of the linguini and added some diced celery to get the trinity. Love the channel, big fan for years!!!
