Thanks ma. Nice information. There is this chocolate recipe, I used 3 cups of flour to 3 cups of sugar(is this person's recipe I followed). I did it, it came out nice, soft and very melting in the mouth😋 but my family said it was sugary that I should reduce the sugar. So, my next baking, the sugar measurement was 1 and 3/4 cup to 6 cup of flour. It was okay no much sugar, it was perfect but the batter swelled like a balloon and I was scared 😂 so, I didn't know why sha.

This might be challenging Chidimma cause you don't know what degree to bake with. So, I would suggest getting an oven thermometer or baking with blue flames with a touch of red as a last resort.

Depends on what the recipe calls for. I haven't seen this method before tho except it's a one bowl mix.

This may mean it needs to bake a little longer to achieve a brown look but if the recipe you are making is special (I mean not regular) then it may most likely just be so, for example white cake.
