Thanks Corry!!! In real time this would likely take me about 10-15 minutes. I could probably cut some time off that if I mixed the cream highlighter in with the foundation when I apply it on the cheeks. I want to do real time videos for everyone but I would need a second camera and more space because of course I stand right in front of my model when I am working - so hopefully in the future I can do that for everyone!!

Hi Cristina! Thank you so much for watching. I won't be doing any videos with specific information about rates. There are so many variables that determine what a MUA charges - the market you work in, the type of job, your experience, the client's budget. It is a complicated topic to cover in that respect. I will be discussing some more general ideas about pricing in future vlogs.

For a test you of course have to be on set paying attention but usually these shoots are so fast you might not need to. For this look I would keep an eye out to make sure the model doesn’t get too oily looking on camera. Some glow is fine but there is a balance!

The fragrance free shouldn't really smell at all, the original one smells like band-aids (I think). Double check and make sure you don't have the original.

You can scrape the mascara from the mascara wand on to a palette or the back of your hand and work off that!

For a model test do you hire other makeup artists along with you and are you gonna make a video about the business side of this?

I won’t be doing a video on that I don’t think but who knows. When you do a test with a photographer usually the team only consists of one artist, if more artists are needed (which isn’t usually the case) it would be the photographers responsibility to bring additional artists on.
