PLEASE put out more great wellness content! I think the market doesn't understand how big of a demand there is for wellness and how women almost prefer wellness over bikini!

You are my favorite boydbuilding youtuber! Not only because of your great knowledge but far more because you are such a funny and cool guy, very refreshing in this perfect youtube/instagram scenery. You keep it real. And most important: I love watching your videos because you genuinely seem to be a great dad, husband and really focus on your loved ones more than anything else. You seem to have a really pure heart, this is the most beautiful thing about your channel (sounds hella creepy but i dont care😂😂)

So, this is by far one of my favorite coaches online. I will continue to watch, but I have a suggestion. As a communicators, we don’t have to talk as much to get our point across. It seems as if there is a lot of information floating around up top and it causes us to have to talk our way out of it in order to complete our goal of being understood. This makes it very hard to sit through at times. A few less words would be helpful for those with less time. This is a phenomenal channel, my only critique is the over information. That’s just my hang up and if so, pay me no mind. Much love! There are videos out there that will help shorten your delivery and get your point of crossed much faster

Deadlifts should be a no no, risky concerning waist line thickness. Lower back extensions will be cool, I feel they look good on females as they tie in with the glute and make it just that bit more perky

Would you recommend someone who want to bring his upper body on the next level to hit the complete upper body once or twice a week? And if your answer is to train these muscle groups twice a week, would it make sense to train chest and back together just 8 heavy sets for each one of them? Thank you for your answer, I really appreciate your content on KZbin and also on your Instagram account!

Hey Tiff, twice a week for a body part does not mean more results, honestly. I am proper OCD and it took me a long time to digest the fact that less is more, everything once a week is more than enough. You just have to believe and your results will be through the roof
@adam-lt8iy
@adam-lt8iy Жыл бұрын
Yup I'm kind of realizing the same thing. Hard to digest when we have studies coming out weekly now saying 2-3 times per week is better. I know Chris Beardsley has been pushing that narrative for a while now. I found it to only to be better for a few muscle groups that can recover from it, everything else once is enough.
