Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

Avoiding Injury with leg training; May be better to avoid "butt to the grass". Knee cap area gets too tight, I have always gotten a mild injury each time I over do the range of motion.

This is yet another example of how you don't need to do tons of volume if the intensity is there. Just because you see your favorite IFBB pro doing 30+ sets to failure each workout, doesn't mean you need to. A few sets per mucle group with proper intensifying techniques is all you need if done right.

Possible Reason for the creacking sound- i think it is too much test and too little estrogen, this is from experience. Possible solution ; Watch the anti estrogens, not great for aesthetics, may be see a doctor to help balance you out. I love being dry, however, my joints suffer, especially in the knee area
