Great video. I have made a few totes but learned a few tricks here. What needle did you use? I have always wondered on a project like this, when you have canvas and leather, do you use a leather needle or a fabric needle?
@makersleathersupply12205 жыл бұрын
I used a leather needle.

I know this is an older video but do you happen to know what type of thread you're using? I have a Sailrite that I got for leather but I really feel like the #69 thread just looks really thin in comparison, whereas this one looks a bit more substantial.
@makersleathersupply12204 жыл бұрын
This is size 138 thread.

How do you hand sew fabric to leather. Like is it possible and if so, do I need to pre poke holes for leather or use a sewing needle?
@makersleathersupply12203 жыл бұрын
I would pre-punch the holes in the leather then use a sharp point needle once the two materials are stuck together.
