I watched all her cooking shows twice each and learned much from her while she cooked in France She's lovely and an excellent cook.

Hi Rachel. I've been watching you for years. The Little Paris Kitchen (my favorite) the London Kitchen and now i've happily found your Swedish Kitchen. I enjoy and enjoyed all of them mightily. You always, always make it look so easy. And doable. And you select great music Thanks!

As a Swede, I love the Swedish apples! No, they are usually not big and sweet, instead small and a little sour. Makes them perfect for desserts when you do not want it all "sugary". Also, if you get the chance, taste Swedish "glasäpple". Very rare and easily destroyed - best eaten as they are, directly from the tree.

It will take me a while to get use to the idea of Sausage Stroganoff but I will try it as I love the taste of paprika and paprikash. What a darling cottage and how brave of you to bake a cake in a log fire oven on an Aga? Thanks for a very fascinating vlog. Marianne, Chicago, USA.

I'm a fan of Jamie Oliver and her but feel I'd rather eat her meals. Plus while he's a nice fellow I'd find her a more relaxed host and more comfortable and normal to be around.

You would be beaten with a stick here in Chicago for even suggesting that "thing" at the beginning of the video is a hotdog.

I don't know if this is a TV show originally, that's the only thing I can think of. They are crazy long, but that might be why.
