Making Anna Olson's Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

I follow Ann Olsen and make these cookies. They are the best chocolate chip cookies I ever had. The only thing is I am impatience and did not chill for an hour. I made them after I rolled into the balls. Still turned out great.

Hi! I don't know if you can read this, but I just need a little help. Do you know how many grams are there in 2 tbsp, so that I can also make 24 pcs in 1 recipe.

just weight the cookie dough and then divide the weight in 24 and there you have it

Hi Ann, I wonder if the weight of 2 Tbsp of cookie dough will vary depending on how many chocolate chips are in the ball of dough. If you have a scale, I think Leondardo's solution is a good one.

I've never tried a cookie recipe that includes corn starch but it really helps to keep the inside soft while the outside gets a little crisp. They are so tasty!

I am not in America. I am in a part of the world that uses the metric system, which is more accurate when baking.
