Instruction and ingredients:

Preparing your favorite crackers: 5g-9g
1/4 tsp salt
2-4 tbsp melted butter
1-2 tbsp sugar
Put mixed crackers into cheesecake pan.
Filling:
8-16 oz cream cheese
1/3 - 2/3 cup sugar
1-2 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 - 1/2 sour cream
1-2 eggs
beat all together in a bowl and mix well
pour cheesecake batter over the crust
Add one cup of water to the Instant Pot
Put trivet into Instant Pot
Put the filled cheesecake pan on the trivet
Put the lid on. Lock it
High Pressure, 20-30 minutes

Take lid off
Take the cheesecake out of Instant Pot
Let it rest for 10-25 minutes until the lock is released
Using a container to turn the cheesecake over
Cover and Put in the fridge
