Nice work, giving me ideas that. The slight movement you’re still seeing is from that rear mount. If you have any polyurethane left, it would be a good idea to do that one anyway as it’ll tighten up the gear shift too 👍

Nice video! And the bushings looks great! Was looking to do this myself! Seems like a fun project! About how much polyurethane did you use and what stiffness? Also what polyurethane kit did you buy?

Bought an A70 stiffness 1kg kit from MB Fibreglass in the UK and used around 600ml, wasting a lot by not calculating the volume correctly. Still have one bushing that I think I'll do. You could get a stiffer mixture if not daily driving, maybe.

Oh would you look at that, the makeshift turbo intake with the Tesco funnel has been swapped out for a vent 😂, it’s better than the last one in a way. But great job on the mounts

The filler didn't last long, it will be better this way in the long run🤣

I wonder if 3d printed bushings would work. There is a lot of A70 shore filaments and they shouldn't melt, but you need a direct drive extruder for that probably

mmmh interesting. i realy have no idea. but the layer adhesion would have to be perfect so the material is stiff enough.
