Great tips. I love these videos. I'm a dude ultrarunner. My poor posture causes me to leak energy when running out in the mountains. For the past year I have been trying to find someone who explains 'the stack' well. I feel the videos here probably do the best job. Well done!

I have a weak pelvic floor. TA doesn't engage much. Should I wait till those are fixed until doing shoulders work or can I jump onto it? I feel the core is more stable when I do shoulder work.
