You may call it Gordon Ramsay's version of Honey Comb cake, NOT, Gordon Ramsay's Honey Comb cake. The Honey Comb cake is of Indonesian origin. The Chinese & Vietnamese have their version too.

That's unfair because this is not his recipe, this is actually the exact way to make Malaysian Honeycomb cake. Culture appropriation without giving the credits. So wrong!

Not Malaysian. It could be of Indonesian origin, as is bika ambom and many other dishes assimilated into the Malaysian culinary fare. The Chinese & Vietnamese have their version of honeycomb cake too.
