Love dumplings. One time I tried with Poutine cheeze! was a bit salty but very yummy! Also tried chocolate, sooo gooood! With Kimchi is one of my favorites. Good for parties is to make one surprise wasabi dumpling 😈!!! My best is still the classic porc-cabage dumpling.

I made Mommy Oh's recipe tonight. It was so good, and great because I dont have immediate access to an asian market! I had troubles figuring out what 2/5 of a cup was so I eyeballed the water by the video. I made the dipping sauce but with no red pepper flakes I used a little squirt of sriracha. Mine and my family tummies are so full. I definitely will be making again! Writing the whole recipe down to add to my family cook book. We want more of Mommy Oh's accessible cooking videos!

Love these videos. I'm not Korean but I grew up with Korean friends who shared their cooking with me. I got hooked on kimchee immediately. I was quite young and my love of Korean food surprised the Koreans (this was in the 1970s). At the time, Korean food was widely underappreciated, almost unknown compared to Chinese food or Japanese cuisine. For me, watching your videos gives me a pleasure like going back in time. It sounds odd, but when you have kimchee in the video I swear I can taste it, smell it. This is a sinful enjoyment as my wife makes me eat kimchee outside and keep it in a fridge in our garage. You are sharing a lot of very good things with many people. Keep up the good work.
