Takis Powder - 1:42
One Taki - 7:23
Recipe:

Step 1: Make Taki Powder
Ingredients
* 1 tbsp Salt
* ¼ tsp Sugar
* 2 tsp MSG
* 1 tsp Citric acid
* 1 tsp Maltodextrin
* 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
* 1 tsp Chili Powder
* ½ tsp Habanero powder
* ½ tsp Garlic Powder
* ½ tsp Onion Powder
* 1 tsp Paprika
* Red food dye
* Yellow food dye
1) Add all the ingredients to a spice grinder. Combine.
Equipment
* Spice grinder
* Medium bowl
Step 2: Make Masa
Ingredients
* 1 ½ cups Masa Harina
* 2 cups warm Water
* 1 cup Flour
* 2 tsp Salt
1) Combine masa, flour and salt. Slowly stream in the warm water.
2) Rest for 30 minutes.
3) Take a tablespoon of the dough and squish it out between plastic with a plate until it's in a general round shape.
4) Roll around a skewer.
5) Deep fry at 375 until crisp.
Equipment
* Large bowl
* Plastic wrap
* Plate
* Skewers
* Sheet pan with wire rack
Step 3: Make Masa
Ingredients
* Finished taki powder
* Finished takis
* Pam
1) Spray the takis with pam.
2) Toss and coat in the powder.
3) EAT EM.

I have to take medication, increase electrolytes and have a service dog to help to tell me before my bp gets too low before I faint. There is a shortage of gatorade Zero and my body is out of whack because I’m not getting the proper electrolytes daily.
