Making up My OWN Version of MOM GUILT Vlog

I had always heard of mom guilt and I refused to believe it could happen to me.
I actually think some of the most high-achieving women experience the most mom guilt. We are used to putting crazy expectations on ourselves and it's hard not to transfer those expectations when we take on roles as mothers.
As I progress in my career, I've realized I still hold that very stringent high standard for myself PLUS trying my best in my newer ever-evolving role as a mom. But there are only so many buckets you can really have so what happens is you pour from one to the other and you end up never being everywhere you need to be.
I always imagined I would be handling all this differently but the truth is, this is a very human experience and I think it's good to feel so I can learn and grow as a person.

it seems like you’re doing the bulk of parenting by yourself. i can’t imagine how overwhelming it would be to be an entrepreneurial practice owner and employer, own multiple successful social media accounts, AND be a single mom basically. i hope you’re finding time to take care of yourself
