Mogappair East, West and Nolambur are within Chennai city limit. It comprises 1/20th of city land area. Population have drastically increased here over the last decade. People mainly use own vehicles to travel. So we are facing heavy traffic in Mogappair zone daily. I hope officials will understand this issue and bring Metrorail to our area.

@@MR-mw4cy So you want all constructions to happen magically? Where is the logic in your question? For the last 10 years no major infrastructure was done to keep up with the increase in number of vehicles. So the new DMK govt is doing it's best to catch up but people want all the good infrastructure without any inconvenience to them like it's magic. I too live in Chennai & suffer through traffic as a result of metro construction. But once its over, I don't have use by bike or take 3 buses to reach my office that takes nearly 2+ hours. I can travel using Metro & MRTS within an hour. I can reach the main city within 20-30 minutes if I need too. 4 years from now, when these projects are over and people are travelling comfortably, Admk would probably be in office and people like you would be like "wow, look at all these smooth traffic due to roads and new trains. Admk is better than Dmk, right". 🤦‍♂️
