Respected mam. I have health issue like polyps in gal bladder which causes gastric problem due to which I have increased stomach bag. How i can solve it. Whether same yoga position helps

எந்தவொரு பயிற்சி யும் anti gravity force ஆக இருந்தால் தான் விளைவு நல்லா இருக்கும். இந்த பயிற்சி முன்னோக்கி gravity force நோக்கி செய்வதால் அவ்வளவு பலனும் வயிற்றுக்கு போகாது ...ஒரு பதினைந்து அல்லது இருபது சதவீதம் பலன் மட்டுமே கிடைக்கலாம் என்பது ஒரு கருத்து....

I tried it. First i could nt even keep my legs in padmasana position,next there was a15 cm gap between my fore head and floor. What yo do? Should i try or else go for other exercises

I did yoga mudra sitting in vajrasanam.That's what my teacher taught.is it wrong?

You can do yoga mudra in both padmasan and vajrasan postures. Padmasan gives you a more stable posture than vajrasan. But I personally feel, vajrasan posture helps to tuck your abdomen better because of the pressure of the fists kept on your stomach. Hope you are also doing sashank asana after this posture to relax yourself
